Malik Snook was in Kindergarten when he saw his first Shave for the Brave at Mary Queen of Peace Elementary (MQP). He signed up the following year, and is now ready to add a fifth bright yellow toque to his collection!
Shave for the Brave is looking for a volunteer in the St. John’s area who is available to fill Razor’s shoes at some events throughout Shave season.
On Sunday, November 18, the Conception Bay South Fire Department Station One took on Shave for the Brave, raising over $3,500 to help young adults living with, through, and beyond cancer!
On Friday, November 2, Dean Menchions of Wood Gundy and Felix Keough of CIBC joined forces for an Office Shave at Atlantic Place in St. John’s.
We headed out on a gratitude run last week to say thank you to some of the awesome people who helped make our last Shave season so successful.
The Atlantic Central Credit Union Shave initiatives raised over $7,000 in support of Young Adult Cancer Canada this year!
